Terms & Conditions

All quotations are priced in Canadian Currency and are subject to any applicable taxes. Payment by credit card, cheque or EFT is required at the time of order unless other terms have been previously negotiated.

Our shipping terms are FOB Origin 529 Main St E Milton ON. If the Purchaser prefers us to ship on their behalf all associated freight costs are prepaid and charged back to the customer at the time of invoicing.

Delivery dates are approximate and based on the general production time of the item after the submission of a signed approval drawing. Due to the unpredictable nature of the global supply chain Source Heating System Inc. cannot be held legally liable for any costs or damages incurred by the Purchaser as a result of a delay.

Cancellations and design changes will not be accepted once production begins. By signing an approval drawing you are legally confirming the specifications of the design meet the requirements of your process and that no further changes are to be made to the item being ordered.

Source Heating System Inc. will supply parts and components confirmed on the corresponding purchase order. All Installation and setup is the responsibility of the Purchaser’s certified Electrician. Employees at Source Heating System Inc. can only recommend parts and materials based on the information provided, however, it is ultimately the duty of the Purchaser to ensure that they are buying and using the correct items and materials for their specific process.
