Source Heating System Inc. is solely an equipment supplier, therefore it is the duty of the Purchaser to maintain and use equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. With our knowledge and expertise we well do our best offer the most efficient and effective heating solutions, however the Purchaser must confirm that any potential item(s) provided will work with their specific process.
Returns
The usability & longevity of items is completely process-dependent. Source Heating System Inc cannot be liable for loss theft or damages incurred once the order has been shipped to the destination on the purchase order. Returns for any purchased goods will not be accepted without the proper return form given by a Source Heating System employee. Only items that have been shipped within the last 90 days are eligible for a return as long as the items remain unused and unmodified. Any and all items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise stated by A Source Heating System employee. Under no circumstance is Source Heating System Inc. required to take back any purchased goods that have been wrongfully purchased or misidentified by the Purchaser. If you have quality issues or were shipped the wrong item(s) please contact us, and we will determine the best course of action to resolve the issue.
